Do you provide mascots with entertainer?
Yes, we provide mascots with a performer who entertains guests and interacts with children during the event.
Can I rent only the mascot costume without a performer?
Yes, you can rent only the mascot costume. You must pick it up from our Dubai location and return it after your event.
For how long can I hire mascot in Dubai?
Mascots are usually hired for 2 hours. During this time, the performer appears twice, for around 20 minutes each time.
Do you have inflatable mascots as well?
Yes, we offer inflatable mascots too. They are larger than regular mascots and are great for creating a high-impact at bigger events or outdoor celebrations.
Face Painting FAQs
What do you charge for face painting services?
The charges for face painting in Dubai vary based on a few factors, such as the event duration, and number of children. For kids events like birthdays and family gatherings, we offer face painting for AED 500 for 2 hours, covering up to 20 children.
Do you provide a male or female face painter?
We provide professional female face painters, especially for kids’ events, as this is preferred by parents, and schools, and help children feel comfortable during the activity.
How many kids can a face painter manage easily?
One face painter can comfortably manage around 20 children.
How many faces can a face painter paint in one hour?
A professional face painter can paint 10 to 12 faces per, depending on the complexity and details of the selected designs.
What type of designs can your face painter create?
Our lady face painter can create any kind of designs based on children’s interests and requests, including superheroes, princesses, animals, and cartoon characters.
What will the face painter wear?
Our lady face painters wears a clown dress or casual Jeans with a T-shirt, based on client’s preference and the event theme.
Will the face painter bring her own materials?
Yes, the face painter brings all face painting materials, including paints, brushes, and accessories needed for the activity.
Does the face painting activity include a table and chair?
No. The face painter brings a small table to set up her accessories. While a chair is to be provided by the client at the event venue.
Will she use safe and good-quality materials?
Yes, children’s safety is our top priority. Our face painters always use safe, good-quality, and skin-friendly paints specially designed for kids faces and events.
Bouncy and Water Slide FAQs
Do you provide an attendant with the bouncy castle?
Normally, attendant is not provided with inflatable bouncy. However, if someone request then we can arrange it for an additional charge.
Who installs the bouncy castle rental?
Our professional team handles the delivery and complete installation. Setup is included in the rental price, so you don’t need to worry about arranging anything yourself.
Do you clean the bouncy castle after Installation?
Yes, every inflatable is cleaned and checked before it is handed over. We make sure it is dust-free, dry, and safe for kids.
Do you provide the water for the water slide?
Water is arranged by the client. If a water tap is nearby, you can fill the pool directly. If not, we can arrange a water tanker at an extra cost based on your location.
Do you provide an extension wire with the inflatable?
Yes, we provide an extension wire of around 10 to 12 meters.. Please make sure there is a power socket within this distance.
Do you provide safety mats with the bouncy or water slide?
Yes, safety mats are included. We place them at the entrance and exit points to keep kids safe when getting on and off the inflatable.
Do we need to keep the air blower on all the time?
Yes, the air blower must stay ON while kids are playing to keep the inflatable firm. But if it is not in use, you can switch it OFF and restart later.
Should I keep the water hose running all the time?
No, it doesn’t require continuous water flow. Fill the pool once, and the slide remains slippery while children play.
How much time it takes to install the bouncy or inflatable water slide?
Installation usually takes around 25 to 30 minutes, depending on the inflatable size.
Do you provide bouncy castles for buildings as well?
Yes we do. Please make sure:
(i) The service lift is large enough to bring the bouncy inflatable.
(ii) Security permission is taken in advance from the management.
(iii) Vehicle parking area is near to the lift.
Do you pick up the inflatable on the same day or the next day?
We deliver and pick up on the same day. If you want to keep it for the next day, additional charges will apply depending on the bouncy/water slide type.
Are transportation charges included in the rental price?
Transport is free for many Dubai areas. For far locations, a small delivery fee of AED 40–85 applies. Charges outside Dubai start from AED 85–475.
Do you provide bouncy castles in the parks?
Yes, we provide inflatables in parks as well. Please make sure park permission is taken in advance and an electricity socket is available within 10 to 12 meters of the setup area.
